Upon acceptance of the quote, our inspector will carry out a thorough inspection of the property in order to locate any nests and identify any areas where termites are present. Using the latest infrared technology together with extensive experience and training, we can thoroughly inspect your property with minimum inconvenience to you or the occupants, and accurately report on the condition of your property.
If the pests are found, we will often treat the activity with Termidor Dust which will quickly remove the white ants from the building to give us a chance to eradicate the entire colony.

After the inspection and colony control measures have been carried out, we will begin the main phase of termite treatment on your Brisbane property. This phase usually involves treating all the soil around a building with Australia’s most effective termite treatment product, Termidor. Our team is trained and accredited Termidor applicators, so you can be sure that the work carried out will be done to the highest industry standard.

Once we have installed your Termidor Barrier, your property should be protected from termites for up to 8 years. For added ‘peace of mind’, we offer a complimentary inspection which is performed usually 6 weeks after the completion of the soil treatment to ensure that the building is termite free. Repairs can be safely carried out after the six week check. Annual inspections are recommended by the Australian Standard. These checks are to ensure that all activity has ceased and that the perimeter treatment has not been disturbed. We offer an initial one year free service period on our perimeter treatments which can be extended, usually up to 8 years, by having an annual inspection with us.
